If you request a refund before we begin working on your project, 100% of your payment will be refunded (transaction charges will be deducted). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the remaining balance of your order. The amount for completed work on your project will not be refunded. Please note that only the remaining balance will be refunded. If you have a specific complaint and require a full refund, send us a refund request, and we will make a fair decision accordingly.
Indemnification
By agreeing to the terms of this agreement, users of the site and service agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless (MY BUSINESS) from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, or demands of liability, including attorneys' fees and costs incurred by (MY BUSINESS) and affiliates in connection with any claim by a third party (including an intellectual property claim) arising out of (i) materials and content you submit, post, or transmit, or (ii) use of the site by you in violation of these Terms of Use or in violation of any applicable law.
Unlimited Revisions Policy
We offer unlimited revisions on all projects until they are completed. Once a project has been completed, clients may request revisions for an additional period of 2 weeks (14 days). Clients will need to initiate a new project to request further amendments or suggestions. Please note that revisions do not include changes to the project brief. If a revision request requires more work than initially agreed upon or contradicts the original discussion, we may require additional payment to accommodate the revision.
